Lorrain-T.-Wilson-MD-teamLorraine T. Wilson MD is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She completed a post-doctoral residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Oklahoma and then was a faculty member of the University of Iowa Renal Division until returning to Oklahoma City in 1985 to establish her Nephrology practice at Mercy Hospital. She is the founding member of Oklahoma Kidney Care.

Dr. Wilson has served at Mercy Hospital as the Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine and Chief of Nephrology as well as a member of the Medical Executive Committee and Credentialing Committee and established the first dialysis clinic on this campus.

Dr. Wilson’s practice specializes in the treatment of patients with chronic kidney conditions, critical hospital illness and kidney replacement therapies to include dialysis and transplantation. She has a special interest in home dialysis therapies and healthy life style agendas.

Dr. Wilson is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and has been the founding member of several dialysis facilities in Oklahoma.

Dr. Wilson is the mother of two and grandmother of Emma and enjoys travel, reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
